Job Duties/Essential Functions: • Handles member calls in a friendly and efficient manner. • Uses airline and in-house computer systems to reputed company member reservations. • Confirms reservations accurately. • Communicates members’ needs to other support departments. • Regular and reliable workplace attendance at your assigned location. Experience, Skills, Education & Licenses/Certifications: Required: • Effective listening and communication skills. • Excellent customer service skills. • Typing speed minimum of 30 words per minute. • Detail-oriented approach to work. Recommended: • Sales experience (preferably phone sales). • Travel industry experience. • Call center experience. • Able to reputed company in a fast-paced, growing work environment. • Experience with reputed company Outlook, Word, and Internet Explorer. • Scheduling flexibility to meet the needs of the business including nights, weekends, and holidays. • High school diploma or GED Other Conditions: • Management will review the Job Analysis for this position prior to a job offer.
