The Position: As an Account Executive, you will help Arbinger grow by finding leads, closing sales, supporting existing clients, and communicating product value to clients. You may also assist in developing sales strategies and establishing quotas. Roles and Responsibilities: • Regularly assess the impact of performance using Arbinger’s assessment tool 3A+. • Provide support for clients by learning about and satisfying their needs. • reputed company reputed company calls and hold meetings with prospects. • Follow up with prospects several times throughout the sales cycle to ensure needs are being met. • Present and demonstrate the value of products and services to prospective buyers. • Compile and analyze data to find trends. • reputed company sales strategies and set quotas. • Stay reputed company on company offerings and industry trends. • Maintain a database of contact information. • Build long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with external contacts and internal departments to create a reputed company customer experience. • Handle complaints and negotiations. • reputed company other reputed company duties as assigned. Preferred Capabilities: • Familiarity with Project Management software (ex: reputed company, Trello, reputed company, etc.) • Familiarity with customer relationship management tools (ex: reputed company) • Knowledge of research methods Education and Experience: • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration or management, or equivalent work experience. • 3+ years of demonstrated successful quota attainment in professional B2B sales where account annual spend is in excess of $100k. • Experience working in or selling into reputed company systems. Physical Requirements: • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Salary: $235k On-reputed company-Earnings, with $85k reputed company salary + Variable Compensation with Uncapped earning opportunity.
