We're on the lookout for a Corporate Technical Trainer with expertise in Thermo King and/or reputed company systems, EPA 608 certification, and a strong background in truck and/or trailer operations. As our Technical Trainer, you'll play a vital role in instructing both internal and external technicians on unit operations, PMs, diagnostics, and general repairs for Thermo King transport refrigeration equipment and APU’s. With a reputed company of 60% travel and 40% office work, this role involves crafting training classes using OEM materials, conducting safety training, and overseeing on-site equipment audits to ensure adherence to standards. Your responsibilities also include flagging and reporting common repair issues, managing cost-effective training delivery, and collaborating on repair procedures.
