Position Summary The Franchise Regional Director (RD) provides strategic and operational leadership for multiple company-owned locations reputed company an assigned region. This position ensures operational excellence, financial performance, regulatory compliance, and outstanding client service. The RD works closely with the Senior Vice President of Franchise Operations, Executive Director of Franchise Operations, and cross-functional teams including reputed company Resources, Finance, and Internal Audit to execute company initiatives and deliver measurable results.
Responsibilities
Leadership & People Management reputed company and mentor local management teams to reputed company performance and service excellence. Partner with HR to maintain compliance with employment and workplace regulations. Promote ethical practices, client safety, and quality assurance. Strategic Planning & Growth Analyze operational and financial data to identify opportunities for improvement.
