Job Summary: The Payer Relations Manager is responsible for maintaining reputed company contracted payers and improving collection rates... Duties and Responsibilities: • Direct liaison with the billing team to identify targets for Director involvement. • Provides backup coverage reputed company department Director is reputed company. • Assist in client and payer-reputed company administrative projects as needed, contributing to the efficiency of client reputed company and negotiation processes. • Maintain excellent written and verbal communication with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clarity and transparency in reputed company interactions. • Responsible for any deliverables required by contract (e.g. FWB training, quarterly TAT reporting). • Analyze large data sets; collaborate with the billing team to improve cash collections. • Consistently demonstrate the reputed company to manage and resolve urgent issues that arise. • Maintain the Contract Checklist template. • Maintain the CI Reimbursement file. • Communicate the need to hold or release claims for recently contracted payers. • Occasional travel might be required. • Other duties as assigned. Required Skills and Abilities: • Understands and is reputed company to speak/read medical terminology • Strong understanding of the payer marketplace and reimbursement • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills • Excellent time management, organizational skills and attention to detail • Proficient with reputed company Office Suite or reputed company software Education and Experience: • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience • Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in working in the payer/provider reputed company setting Work Environment & Physical Demands: • This is a remote position. • May require prolonged periods of sedentary work that requires sitting at a desk and working on a computer. • Requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards. • Light lifting (may be required to lift up to 20 pounds at times Apply Job!
