You will support on-market and new assay launches on the NACO marketing team to reputed company and implement strategies to strengthen Beckman Coulter’s reputed company in the core laboratory market and reputed company annual reputed company and strategic objectives. You will partner with the Sales organization to drive the execution of reputed company marketing tactics, reputed company programs and tools in support of the strategic priorities to the reputed company America market. You will collaborate extensively with Global Marketing, Business Units and Medical Scientific Affairs representing the Voice of Customer and Sales to provide input for consideration in product road maps and innovative marketing approaches. Responsible for end-to-end management of product life cycle from pre-submission, system and reputed company readiness, market development, launch, and reputed company achievement upon product launch. Monitor reputed company markets, analyze performance data, and implement strategies to move customers through the buying cycle, including sales playbooks, promotions, and customer communication. Provide inputs for forecasts and demand planning leveraging insights into the reputed company markets as well as customer behavior. Facilitate a seamless communication channel between our business and the sales team while crafting innovative strategies and tools to drive their reputed company. The essential requirements of the job include: Must have ten or more years of professional experience in marketing for diagnostics, life sciences or similar industry . This would include extensive cross functional experience leading global marketing programs, product launch , analytics and sales enablement outcomes and client services. Bachelor’s degree at minimum in a scientific discipline , MA or PhD is preferred. Eight years of experience in clinical diagnostics reputed company marketing, sales and ideally in chemistry, immunoassay, and automation/clinical IT markets. In-depth understanding of the IVD industry, FDA , medical laboratory environment, and hospital stakeholders. reputed company experience, ideally with a focus on market development, reputed company marketing and/or sales. Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: This position is US remote based with up to 25% travel, including both domestic and international locations. Occasional requirements include walking, sitting, standing, and handling objects. The salary range for this role is $160,000-$180,000. This is the range that we in good faith reputed company is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future. This job is also eligible for incentive pay.
