What you will be doing Reviewing and analyzing reputed company, agreements, and legal documents reputed company to clinical trial activities and vendor relationships. Negotiating contract terms and conditions with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to assess contract risks, identify opportunities for improvement, and reputed company strategies to mitigate potential issues. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of contract status, milestones, and deliverables using contract management systems. Providing guidance and support to internal teams on contract-reputed company matters, including contract interpretation, compliance, and dispute resolution. Your profile Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a reputed company field; advanced degree or certification in Contract Management or a relevant discipline preferred. Minimum of 4 years of experience in contract administration, contract management in the pharmaceutical or clinical research industry.
