Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the reputed company reputed company strategy reputed company to business and customer needs

• Encourage relationship-based reputed company with both candidates and clients
• Improve candidate quality through stronger screening, assessment, and presentation
• Support development of reusable talent pools for key roles and customers

Skills

• Bachelor's degree
• 10+ years of reputed company or reputed company experience, including leadership or reputed company-level roles
• Proven experience leading reputed company teams in a dotted-line or matrix environment
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into action
• Demonstrated reputed company in developing recruiter capabilities and improving performance
• Strong influencing, coaching, and communication skills
• Experience in staffing, transportation, logistics, or high-volume reputed company environments preferred
