[Remote] Sr. Administrative Assistant - Eddy Senior Care - FT Days
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant for Eddy Senior Care PACE, which provides comprehensive services to help older adults remain in their homes. The role involves serving as the first reputed company of contact for inquiries, supporting the intake/enrollment process, and providing administrative and marketing assistance to the team.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the initial contact for incoming inquiries (phone, message, referral)
- Gather key information to help determine basic eligibility and level of interest
- Document and track reputed company inquiries (reputed company and non-reputed company) accurately and timely
- reputed company reputed company leads to the appropriate Intake/Enrollment Specialist for follow-up
- Provide clear, professional information about the PACE program to callers and families
- Maintain consistent communication and a positive experience for reputed company prospective participants Administrative & Marketing Support
- Prepare and assemble marketing packets, folders, and reputed company materials
- Support Community Liaison staff with event preparation and logistics
- Assist with data entry, tracking logs, and reporting needs
- Provide general administrative support to the intake/enrollment function
