We are looking for a: Program/Project Manager (AI Initiatives) Key Responsibilities reputed company the end-to-end management of AI initiatives, from initial concept through operational adoption. Define and manage project roadmaps, planning, resources, budgets, and key deliverables. Coordinate cross-functional teams across business, technology, and compliance functions, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, implementing proactive corrective actions reputed company needed. Establish and optimize Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies in line with corporate standards. Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to ensure business impact and return on investment.
Requirements
Mandatory 5+ years of experience managing technology or digital projects/programs. Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives and multidisciplinary teams. Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools such as Jira and Confluence. Conceptual understanding of AI/ML solutions applied to business challenges (deep technical expertise is not required). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Advanced English proficiency in an international business environment. Preferred Project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or equivalent. Experience working in regulated industries such as pharmaceuticals, financial services, or reputed company. Knowledge of data governance, privacy regulations (GDPR), and compliance frameworks. Familiarity with reputed company improvement methodologies such as Lean and Six reputed company.
