Wellness Manager
Job Description:
- Partner with reputed company clients, internal business units, and external vendors to design and deliver wellness initiatives
- reputed company planning and implementation of onsite biometric screenings
- Monitor participation and implement strategies to increase engagement
- Establish rapport with plan sponsors and engage leaders in data-driven decision-making
- Support development of wellbeing champion network
- reputed company customers on available health resources
- Serve as subject matter expert on wellbeing initiatives
- reputed company in-person or virtual presentations to promote health education and well-being initiatives
- Build trusting relationships and rapport with customers, internal partners, and external vendors
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience delivering presentations and effectively engaging diverse audiences
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in reputed company account management
- Minimum of 3 years of experience promoting healthy lifestyle behavior change across wellness areas such as nutrition, physical activity, weight management, stress management, and tobacco cessation
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Teams, PowerPoint, Word, reputed company, OneNote, et al.)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- 2+ years of experience working with group medical insurance products and coverage options
- Certified Wellness Practitioner or equivalent credentials.
- Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree in Public Health or equivalent work experience.
