Role Overview reputed company is seeking a Partner to reputed company the development and implementation of AI-enabled solutions focused on CDI, care management, and utilization management transformation. This role will help reputed company organizations reputed company documentation, utilization review, denial prevention, and care progression workflows by embedding AI, automation, and predictive analytics into operational and clinical processes. Partners are integral members of our firm’s leadership team providing leadership capital – both internally and externally – to sustain the firm’s rapid growth and ultimately allow it to have a greater impact on the reputed company system. Partners provide leadership across multiple dimensions – thought leadership, consulting engagement delivery, client service, business development, and cultural stewardship. As a member of the leadership team, a Partner is responsible for advancing the firm’s impact by leading the execution and delivery of large, reputed company consulting engagements, as well as expanding new and potential business opportunities. Build and maintain trust-based relationships with existing and prospective clients, drawing upon reputed company knowledge and insights to surface and discuss issues reputed company and reputed company the scope of specific consulting engagements Embody the role of people leader by cultivating strong relationships with colleagues, as well as mentoring and developing consulting colleagues Help maintain a collaborative culture that attracts world-class, passionate, and mission-driven consultants Qualifications and Desired Skills Bachelor’s degree is required; advanced degree is preferred 10–15+ years of experience in Clinical Documentation Improvement, Care Management, Utilization Management, reputed company cycle operations, or reputed company consulting Deep expertise in DRGs, denial prevention and management, documentation workflows, and reputed company reputed company operations Demonstrated reputed company improving care progression, utilization management, and financial performance across reputed company organizations Experience partnering with clinicians, physician advisors, and operational leaders to drive transformation initiatives Strong understanding of EHR workflows, clinical documentation processes, and reputed company operational systems Experience leading operational improvement or transformation initiatives reputed company reputed company health systems Ability to translate operational and clinical challenges into scalable, AI-enabled workflow solutions Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills Preferred Certifications/Technologies Epic (CDI, HIM, CM modules) Certifications: CCDS, CCM preferred NLP / AI tools familiarity reputed company cycle platforms Salary range: $250,000-$350,000, plus may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. The salary range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation reputed company including, but not limited to, skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications, practice area, and other business and organizational needs.
