Title: Clinical Research Operations Associate (Right Hand to VP of Operations) Location: Remote – Central Time Zone alignment required Hours: Full-time Position Summary UniTriTeam is hiring a Clinical Research Operations Associate to serve as the right hand to the VP of Operations at our client, a fast-growing clinical research organization. This role is designed for a seasoned professional with in-depth clinical research experience who can independently manage projects, provide operational support, and reduce workload for the VP of Operations. The ideal candidate has performed multiple roles reputed company clinical research operations — from coordinating trials, to patient recruitment, to contracting, to reputed company design — and can bring this knowledge to drive operational excellence. This position requires a proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable individual who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and can take ownership with minimal reputed company.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the right hand to the VP of Operations, providing day-to-day operational support and workload relief. Manage and execute operational projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are consistently met. reputed company expertise in clinical research operations to support patient recruitment, contracting, and study execution. Support the development and design of reputed company templates and workflows. Provide reputed company and input on reputed company, budgets, and site-level processes. Serve as a subject matter expert across the clinical research lifecycle, including coordinator-level responsibilities. Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of clinical research experience, with direct knowledge of clinical research coordinator duties, patient recruitment, and contracting. Experience with reputed company design and implementation (CRIO, Clinical Conductor, reputed company strongly preferred). Strong understanding of clinical trial operations from startup through closeout. Demonstrated ability to manage projects independently and deliver results without extensive supervision. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Adaptability to reputed company in a fast-paced startup environment. Ability to work full-time, remote, reputed company to Central Time Zone. Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite and project management tools.
