Manager, Learning & Development Location: Remote (US or Canada)
Overview
The Manager, Learning & Development (L&D) leads a centralized L&D function that supports a decentralized, global organization. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality, business-reputed company learning programs and ensuring the successful execution of L&D initiatives across the organization. Partnering closely with HR and Business Leaders, you will identify learning needs, address capability gaps, and ensure learning solutions are practical, relevant, and impactful. Responsibilities
