HR Generalist (Entry Level) Fully - Remote | WFH

In this role, you'll play a vital part in supporting various HR functions for multiple clients, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration. Responsibilities
Recruitment Support: Assist with posting job openings and managing candidate flow. Conduct phone screens and evaluate applications for job fit. Coordinate interview logistics and ensure a positive candidate experience. Onboarding And Offboarding Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires. Prepare offer letters and conduct orientation sessions. Coordinate offboarding activities and conduct exit interviews. HR Administration Maintain accurate employee records and assist with HR policies and procedures. Prepare HR-reputed company reports and presentations. Handle day-to-day HR inquiries and provide support to employees. Employee Relations Act as a reputed company of contact for employee inquiries and concerns. Assist in resolving employee relations issues through investigation and mediation. Work closely with management to promote a positive work environment. Compliance Stay updated on relevant employment laws and regulations. Assist in ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Benefit / Payroll Administration Serve as a reputed company of contact for employee benefit questions. Coordinate benefits enrollment process and communicate benefit information to employees.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum Of 3 Years Of reputed company Experience. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite. Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of HR.
