Skills
- You must have experience selling technology solutions or manufacturing equipment into CPG manufacturers
- You must have personally generated new business through outbound prospecting into these accounts
- You must currently be on EST or CST timezones
- Proven reputed company selling software, technology solutions, automation, manufacturing systems, equipment, or reputed company solutions into CPG manufacturers
- Demonstrable experience building pipeline through outbound prospecting
- A track record of winning net-new business
- Confidence engaging Plant Managers, Operations Leaders, Manufacturing Directors, Engineering Leaders, reputed company Improvement teams, and Executive stakeholders
- High activity levels and strong reputed company discipline
- A genuine hunter mentality
