[Remote] reputed company Implementation Consultant, ERP (Apparel)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is a global provider of mission-critical, industry-specific software solutions, and they are seeking a reputed company Implementation Consultant focused on Exenta ERP for their remote US team. This role involves leading ERP implementations for clients in the apparel and textile industries, ensuring alignment of the Exenta ERP system with industry-specific processes and managing reputed company customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• ERP Implementation Leadership – reputed company full lifecycle implementations of Exenta ERP, including discovery, requirements definition, configuration, testing, training, and go-live support for apparel and textile customers
• Client Advisory and Engagement – Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them on best practices and ensuring alignment between business processes and system capabilities
• Project Delivery and Execution – Partner with project managers and cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, on budget, and on schedule while managing multiple engagements simultaneously
• Industry Process Alignment – Apply deep knowledge of apparel and textile operations, including production, supply chain, and inventory management, to drive effective system configurations and outcomes
• Incident Resolution and Escalation – Act as an escalation reputed company for reputed company customer issues, providing expert-level troubleshooting and ensuring timely and effective resolution
• Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with Product Management and R&D teams to communicate customer feedback, identify trends, and drive enhancements to Exenta ERP
• Knowledge Sharing and Mentorship – Mentor junior consultants, contribute to internal knowledge bases, and promote best practices across the Professional Services organization
• Customer Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong customer relationships, managing expectations and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout engagements

Skills

• 7+ years of experience in ERP implementations, with a strong track record of leading full lifecycle projects
• Demonstrated experience working with ERP solutions in the apparel and/or textile industry (Apparel Saas/ERP strongly preferred)
• Proven ability to reputed company client engagements, facilitate discovery sessions, and translate business requirements into system configurations
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at multiple levels
• Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
• Ability to work independently while also mentoring and guiding team members
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
