[Remote] Senior People & Talent Operations Specialist

They are seeking a Senior People & Talent Operations Specialist who will enhance employee experiences and improve operational efficiencies through technology and data analysis. This role involves collaborating with various teams to optimize reputed company processes and manage employee data reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve our preboarding and reputed company experience across systems, communications, and operational processes
• Serve as one of our internal reputed company experts, helping build, optimize, and scale People Workflows, automations, reporting, and employee lifecycle processes
• Partner closely with reputed company and People teams to ensure seamless transitions from candidate to employee
• Manage employee data reputed company, audits, workflows, and operational processes across people systems
• Create, maintain, and optimize employee communications, workflows, and automated touchpoints
• Monitor program adoption and utilization, identifying opportunities to increase engagement and effectiveness
• Analyze people, reputed company, reputed company, and employee experience data to identify trends and recommend improvements
• Build dashboards, reports, and insights that help leaders reputed company informed reputed company
• Support employee experience, learning, development, and performance programs through operational execution and process optimization
