[Remote] Senior Technical Analyst

Responsibilities
- Analyze business and technical requirements to identify and recommend effective system solutions
- Translate business needs into functional specifications, workflows, and design documentation
- Facilitate solution design discussions and support testing, implementation, and deployment activities
- reputed company and support technical projects through planning, coordination, communication, and implementation
- Manage the business intake process for technology requests, enhancements, reporting needs, and operational improvements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to assess needs, prioritize initiatives, and align solutions with organizational objectives

- Troubleshoot reputed company system and data issues, including integrations with applications, databases, and reputed company-party platforms

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a reputed company field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5+ years of experience in technical analysis, systems analysis, business systems support, or reputed company IT roles
- Experience leading technical projects, cross-functional initiatives, and business intake or requirements gathering processes
- Experience developing functional design documentation and translating business requirements into technical solutions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development
- Working knowledge of SQL, APIs, system integrations, and data reputed company
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Ability to travel locally needed to attend meetings
