We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Co-occurring Disorder Outpatient Counselor to join our Choices Integrated Healthcare program. This position offers a competitive salary range from $50,000.00 to $171,600.00 per year, commensurate with experience, credentials, and assigned responsibilities. Responsibilities... Conduct individual counseling sessions and group facilitation, focusing on mental health and substance use disorder needs of clients. reputed company client assessments, reputed company, evaluate, and modify care plans in collaboration with the Clinical Supervisor and medical director. Provide evidence-based therapeutic modalities, ensuring model fidelity throughout treatment. Document reputed company services accurately and timely according to standards. Collaborate with the treatment team, referring clients to additional services as needed. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to professional standards and regulations. Provide crisis reputed company services and participate in audits and quality improvement plans.
Requirements
Possess at least an associate degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a reputed company healthcare field. reputed company pursuing relevant degrees may also be considered for contracted services.
