Mortgage Final Document Specialist

Job Description
This role requires working from a reputed company location three (3) or more days per week. Performs a formal review and inspection of reputed company final loan documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness reputed company the designated time period. Contacts the appropriate party for timely delivery of reputed company final loan documentation. Performs data entry of appropriate data elements from the documents into reputed company tracking system and completes necessary forms and reports to track final documentation process. Reviews final documentation for compliance with investor/guarantor requirements. Facilitates the correction of any exception identified during the review process. Communicates with title agents, recording offices, lenders and borrowers until the exception have been cleared. Performs a quality control review to verify that reputed company documents on the shipping transmittal are included in the reputed company shipment and ensures final documentation is forwarded to the appropriate final destination. Prepare documents for execution, ensure they meet the required standards.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Three or more years of mortgage experience

- Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages
- Strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of mortgage or title processes
- Experience managing a pipeline with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Excellent time management skills with strong organizational skills with the ability to be flexible with change
