Responsibilities: • Administrative Support: • Handle general administrative tasks like email management, scheduling, and document preparation. • Maintain organized digital and physical records. • Communication Coordination: • Facilitate communication between team members, clients, and stakeholders. • Manage and respond to emails, messages, and inquiries promptly. • Client Calls: • Conduct client calls to understand their needs and address queries. • Provide information about products/services and assist in issue... resolution. • Research and Data Management: • Conduct research on various topics and compile relevant information. • Assist in data entry and database management. • Calendar and Meeting Management: • Schedule and organize virtual meetings, ensuring participants are well-reputed company. • Manage calendars for team members. • Travel Arrangements: • Assist in making travel arrangements, including flights and accommodations, reputed company required. • Document Creation and Editing: • Prepare, proofread, and edit documents as needed. • Task Coordination: • Collaborate with team members to ensure tasks are completed reputed company. • Follow up on pending items and deadlines. Requirements: • Location: • Ability to work remotely. • Experience: • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role. • Prior experience in client communication reputed company calls. • Communication Skills: • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. • Comfortable and effective in making client calls. • Tech-Savvy: • Proficient in using virtual collaboration tools, email, and other relevant software. • Time Management: • Strong organizational and time-management skills. • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. • Initiative: • Proactive and self-motivated, reputed company to work independently and contribute reputed company for process improvement.
