The role involves building relationships within the legal industry, managing the recruitment process for legal candidates, and developing a personal book of business.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, client interaction, and placements
• Develop and grow a personal book of business over time
• Collaborate with team members and management to improve skills and increase production

Skills

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the recruiting & staffing industry placing law firm candidates
• Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, client interaction, and placements
• Understanding of the relationship-driven nature of legal recruiting
• Commitment to building a long-term career in the industry
• Candidate-driven relationship builders
• Curious, competitive, and committed to continuous improvement
• Interested in growing a client book of business over time
• Comfortable picking up the phone and having conversations
