Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. BrothersTech is seeking an experienced Windows Systems Engineer to manage, maintain, and optimize enterprise Windows infrastructure. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Windows Server administration, Active Directory, virtualization, automation, patch management, and cloud-integrated environments.

Responsibilities

Administer and support enterprise Windows Server environments
Manage Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, and DHCP services
Perform server provisioning, upgrades, patching, and maintenance
Support VMware and Hyper-V virtualization platforms
Automate operational tasks using PowerShell scripting
Monitor system health, performance, and security compliance
Implement backup, recovery, and disaster recovery solutions
Troubleshoot server, storage, authentication, and infrastructure issues
Support Azure cloud integrations and migrations
Maintain infrastructure documentation and operational procedures

5+ Years of experience
Strong expertise in Windows Server administration

Microsoft Azure

Azure Site Recovery
Azure Monitor
Administer and support enterprise Windows Server environments

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Experience in enterprise-scale environments
Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate
Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate
VMware VCP
Microsoft Security Certifications
