This is a high-impact, client-facing role ideal for someone who excels in both underwriting execution and broker relationship management.Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and underwrite new business across a designated territory or product lineBuild, develop, and maintain strong relationships with brokers and distribution partnersEvaluate submissions to assess risk, pricing, and appropriate coverage structuresBind new business within underwriting authority while maintaining profitability standardsAct as a market-facing representative of the organization at industry events and broker meetingsCollaborate internally with claims, actuarial, and underwriting teams to support deal executionMonitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunitiesMaintain pipeline visibility and consistently meet or exceed production goalsQualifications3-8+ years of commercial underwriting experience with a strong emphasis on productionProven track record of generating new business and hitting production targetsStrong broker relationships within a defined region or specialty (preferred)Deep understanding of commercial P&C underwriting (E&S or specialty experience a plus)Excellent negotiation, sales, and relationship management skillsAbility to thrive in a remote, autonomous environmentBachelor's degree preferred; CPCU or other industry designations are a plus Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
