Technology and Data Analyst

In this role, you'll partner closely with teams across the business to streamline workflows, improve system integrations, and help us get more value from our technology investments-today and into the future. Most of Ramaker's employee-owners work remotely from their homes, but have the option to work from our Madison, WI office if they prefer an onsite or hybrid work environment. Occasional travel to the Madison office may be required. Responsibilities

• partner with operational teams to identify business challenges and design technology solutions that streamline workflows and reduce manual effort
• monitoring and troubleshooting system integrations
• analyzing data from multiple platforms
• improving the reliability and usability of reports
• collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements
• support software implementations
• ensure new tools are adopted successfully through testing, training, and documentation
• proactively look for opportunities to leverage automation and AI to enhance efficiency and user experience

Requirements

• degree in a technology related field
• professional-level experience working with business stakeholders to define needs and translate them into actionable system requirements
• Use of effective change management strategies and communication skills
• Ability to manipulate datasets
• Ability to connect and integrate applications using APIs, integration platforms, or custom scripting
• Ability to drive tasks to completion in a fast-moving environment
• Ability to use broad guidelines to solve complex problems by analyzing key factors and alternative solutions.
