Program Scheduler (pending award)

We are seeking experienced Program Schedulers and Project Controls professionals who are interested in future opportunities supporting complex, mission-critical programs. Positions may be remote, hybrid, or fully on-site depending on client and program requirements. Travel expectations vary by engagement. Experience We're Looking For
- Experience developing and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules (IMS)
- Proficiency with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Open Plan, or similar scheduling tools
- Understanding of Critical Path Methodology (CPM)
- Experience performing schedule analysis and schedule health assessments
- Familiarity with project controls, program controls, or planning functions
- Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM/EVMS) principles
- Experience supporting engineering, technical, government, energy, defense, aerospace, or large-scale capital projects
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across multidisciplinary teams

- ANSI/EIA-748 EVMS environments
- Primavera P
- Open Plan Professional
- Acumen Fuse
- Deltek Cobra
- DOE, DoD, NNSA, Federal, or National Laboratory environments
- Active or previous security clearance
- Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA)
