As we expand, we are looking for a driven High Ticket Closer to join our team and help connect more learners with our programs.Key Responsibilities

• Fully own the sales cycle from touch point to close Ensure that leads are qualified when they enter your calendar, have a discovery conversation and then help prospect make the best decision for themselves to reach fluency.
• Sales & Closing Guide prospects through our sales process and confidently close deals.
• Follow-Ups Maintain regular contact with leads to nurture relationships and convert them into paying students.
• CRM Management Keep track of conversations and leads in our system to ensure an organized and efficient sales process.
• Collaboration Work closely with our team to improve the sales strategy and optimize conversion rates.

Qualifications

Requirements & Skills

• 3+ years proven experience as a High Ticket Closer in the coaching space (preferably with a non-financial ROI offer)
• Excellent Communication & Persuasion Skills
• Results-Driven & Self-Motivated
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
• Ability to work independently, manage your calendar, prioritize tasks, and self-motivate in a remote environment.
• Experience in Online Education or Language Learning is a plus Work Schedule Starting Part-Time with the potential to go Full-Time in any US timezoneCompensation Closing 15% of deals closed.
