Job Title: Part-time Virtual Assistant / Office Administrator (Mobile Pet Grooming Company) We are looking for a part-time detail-oriented and organized Virtual Assistant / Office Administrator to support our growing mobile pet grooming business. This role is primarily focused on scheduling and managing appointments, along with client communication and daily office operations. Key Responsibilities: Confirm and manage upcoming appointments Communicate with clients via call and text message Handle client inquiries via call and text message Send agreements, invoices, and payment links Update client profiles and appointment details in Moego Respond to leads and assist with booking new clients Monitor and review online bookings for accuracy Support groomers with scheduling and daily communication using Connect Teams What We’re Looking For: Highly organized and detail-oriented Friendly, professional, and customer-focused Reliable and able to follow processes carefully Able to work approximately 10 hours per week, with availability during 9–11 AM and/or 7–9 PM Pacific Time as needed Experience in administrative support or customer service is a plus. We are looking for someone dependable who can be trained and grow with our team long-term.
