- Leadership experience: 2+ years leading technical teams in customer-facing environments, ideally with global or distributed teams.
- Client orientation: Proven experience delivering reputed company integrations in demanding, regulated environments, ideally in Financial Services.
- Process reputed company: Ability to define and evolve engineering practices that improve execution predictability, quality, and speed.
- Strong communication skills: Adept at translating technical concepts for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
