Internal Audit Digital Solutions Lead
We are seeking a talented Digital Solutions Lead to drive innovation within our internal audit operations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of audit technology and data analytics in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement a comprehensive digital solutions ecosystem that enhances audit operations.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute a digital solutions strategy aligned with organizational goals.
- Establish governance and performance metrics to ensure effective integration of audit technologies and analytics.
- Identify and deploy advanced analytics and AI use cases to improve audit efficiency and effectiveness.
- Drive the adoption of digital solutions across audit teams through training and enablement programs.
Skills
- 10+ years of experience in internal audit analytics or digital solutions, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven expertise in designing and implementing digitization strategies within financial services or similar sectors.
- Strong understanding of audit methodologies and IIA Standards.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and navigate complex organizational structures.
- Excellent communication skills, both technical and non-technical.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with enterprise audit management platforms and modern analytics/data platforms.
- Familiarity with AI and automation in regulated environments.
- Relevant certifications such as CIA, CISA, or CPA are a plus.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
