Responsibilities: Digital Brand Management: Oversee and optimize the firm’s website, ensuring content is current, authoritative, and SEO-friendly. LinkedIn Strategy: Manage the firm’s LinkedIn presence. This includes drafting thought-leadership posts, engaging with industry influencers, and managing sponsored content to increase visibility. Outbound Campaigns: Design and execute email marketing and LinkedIn outreach campaigns to generate leads and maintain relationships with referral sources. Content Creation: Collaborate with the legal team to translate legal concepts into engaging blog posts and social media updates. Performance Analytics: Track and report on KPIs for all digital channels, using data to refine messaging and improve conversion rates. Reputation Management: Monitor online reviews and professional directories to ensure a consistent and prestigious brand image. Requirements: Experience: 3–5 years in digital marketing, preferably within legal services. Outbound Expertise: Track record of managing successful email sequences and LinkedIn outreach tools. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems, email automation platforms, and basic CMS (like WordPress or Webflow). Communication: Exceptional writing and editing skills with a "legal eye" for detail and compliance.
