Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Coordinator for Card Account Servicing, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing personalized support and guidance to customers to help them manage their card accounts
  • Identifying and resolving customer complaints and concerns in a fair and empathetic manner
