- Understand business requirements from stakeholders and convert them into user stories and functional requirements.
- Work on Salesforce modules like Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Create BRD, FSD, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
- Support solution design in line with Salesforce best practices.
- Coordinate with Developers, QA, and Architects during development.
- Support UAT, defect tracking, and production releases.
- Manage change requests and ensure proper documentation.
Scrum Master
- Act as Scrum Master for Agile teams.
- Facilitate Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Ensure Agile/Scrum processes are followed properly.
- Remove blockers and help the team deliver sprint goals.
- Work with Product Owner to manage and groom the backlog.
- Track sprint progress, velocity, and delivery status.
- Promote continuous improvement and team collaboration.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst.
- Hands-on experience as a Scrum Master in Agile projects.
- Good understanding of Salesforce configuration and functionality.
