About The Role We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Software Developer to join our dynamic team on a part-time basis. This remote position is open exclusively to residents of the United States and offers an opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge research and development initiatives within the pharmaceutical industry. Working approximately 20 hours per week, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain software applications that support our research objectives. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in software development
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, and C++
• Experience with database management and SQL

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is a plus

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement software applications using Java, Python, C++, or other relevant technologies
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in existing software applications
• Stay informed about emerging technologies and incorporate relevant tools and techniques into development processes
• Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to ensure software quality and compliance
• Document software development processes and maintain comprehensive technical documentation
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
• Continuously seek improvements in software development workflows to enhance productivity
