Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC) at Telehealth Group Practice
Pre-licensed Telehealth Psychotherapist Job description: The job: Work in a private practice setting providing individual psychotherapy via telehealth to clients across Colorado. Our goal is to work with you to figure out who the clients you love working with are, and then build your caseload with those clients. This is a W2 employee position. The pay: starting at $40/billable hour. The benefits:

Who we are: We’re Woodswalk Counseling, a telehealth practice with a small team of licensed and pre-licensed therapists. We are dedicated to providing a supportive, creative, and dynamic environment for both our clients and our therapists. Job duties:
- Provide psychotherapy services via telehealth to clients
- Maintain up-to-date client files
- Maintain HIPAA compliance
- Uphold professional ethics
- Respond to phone calls/emails in a timely manner
- Attend weekly individual and peer supervision meetings
Minimum requirements:
- Licensed as an LPCC in Colorado
- Graduate degree in a licensable mental health discipline
- Have or attain professional liability insurance
- Be a Colorado resident
- Have a reliable internet connection
- Have a private professional space from which to see clients
- A desire to grow
Preferred requirements:
- Passion for, and additional training in, a modality that you enjoy
- Education and experience in art therapy
- Passion for working with neurodivergent clients
