### Key Responsibilities - Identify and outline key workflows in the home care scheduling process. - Collaborate asynchronously with the team to align on quality standards. - Provide feedback to improve the products and workflows. ### Ideal Qualifications - Prior experience as a home care scheduler, care coordinator or other similar. - Ideal candidates will have experience at companies like HomeInstead, Homewell, etc. - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow nuanced guidelines. - Experience working independently on structured annotation tasks. ### More About the Opportunity - Expected time commitment: 10–20 hours/week. - Project duration: ~1–2 months. ### Compensation & Contract Terms - $10–30/hour depending on experience and region.
