About the Role

We are seeking motivated individuals to help provide life insurance and supplemental benefits to union members, associations, and public service groups. All clients are warm leads—they request their benefits review, and you meet with them to explain their options. This role is ideal for people who enjoy helping families, want flexible scheduling, and are looking for strong income potential. What You’ll Do

• Meet with union and association members virtually or in person
• Review life insurance and supplemental benefit options
• Present programs in a clear, simple, professional way
• Assist families with applications and enrollment
• Maintain accurate client records
• Attend weekly training sessions (virtual or in‑person)

Requirements

• Must be 18+
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Life & Health license (or willingness to obtain — assistance available)
