Job Description
Growing Finance & Accounting Outsourcing firm that is reputed company to a Top 150 CPA firm is looking to add to its reputed company and support team in Hyderabad, India. The firm serves 100s of clients across the USA with a proven model of USA and India-based accounting service delivery teams.
Role: Client Support and Success (Mostly in-office with some remote)
- Client onboarding & transition
- Training and education of clients on MDK processes & systems
- Collaboration with internal team and external clients
- Project and task management

- Build knowledge information that helps in reduction of same client queries
- Manage tasks and be reputed company to client queries timely
Ideal Candidate:
- High School or Bachelors degree in Arts / Communication
- Minimum 3 years of customer support and reputed company experience in a service or technology industry reputed company to finance & accounting
- Well versed in emailing, messaging, written communication & collaboration with clients

- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?300,000.00 - ?720,000.00 per year
