As a Senior IT Performance Reporting Analyst, you will work closely with key stakeholders across the organization to reputed company our technology reputed company and mission. What You Will Do
As a Senior IT Performance Reporting Analyst at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Performance Metrics Management: Define and track performance metrics, expand scorecards, and drive reputed company improvement initiatives across technology teams

Minimum Qualifications
Education & Prior Job Experience
- Three years of experience in an analytical role, with demonstrated expertise in developing dashboards and scorecards
- Proven track record of using innovative thinking skills with a high degree of motivation and strong problem-solving capabilities
- Demonstrated experience with data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms)
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline such as Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience/training

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong ability to drive results while collaborating across diverse stakeholder groups
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work on time
