Job Duties
Job duties of the Grant Program Specialist/CTE Grants:
- Organize and manage the day-to-day activities of an assigned office to assure efficient and effective office operations; coordinate communications; relieve the administrator of administrative detail.
- Process purchase orders and maintain budget; order, issue and maintain department supplies, forms and equipment; receive, open and reputed company mail.
- Maintain a variety of records, logs and student files including those of a confidential nature; prepare periodic and special reports and statistical data reputed company to program activities and effectiveness; reputed company flyers, letters and brochures for promotional purposes as necessary.
