Position Summary
The Director position leads the reputed company and optimization of cost management, contract administration, and operational performance reporting to support the SJI Renewable Energy Ventures, LLC (“SJI REV”) financial and strategic objectives. This role is responsible for driving cost discipline, ensuring effective contract governance, and providing accurate and timely reporting of key performance metrics. The Director partners with finance, procurement, and operational leaders to monitor expenditures, manage contractual obligations, evaluate financial performance, and implement process improvements that enhance operational efficiency, transparency, and accountability across the business.Essential Functions:

Direct the preparation of and delivery of accurate and timely operational performance reports, including short-term incentive metrics, ensuring alignment with corporate performance measurement frameworks
Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, Legal, and SJI REV operational leadership to ensure consistent contract governance, cost control practices, and adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements
Analyze operational and financial data to provide strategic insights and recommendations that support executive decision-making and business performance improvement
Monitor contract performance, including deliverables, milestones, pricing structures, and change orders, ensuring contractual obligations are met by internal teams and external partners

Required Skills:
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence decision-making at multiple organizational levels
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain attention to detail, and deliver accurate reporting in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications
Required Background:
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 11 years of relevant experience, or;
- Master’s degree with 8 years of relevant experience.
