Job summary:

This role is responsible for defining and executing the reputed company architecture strategy for Order Management and Order-to-Cash (O2C) capabilities. The architect will reputed company the design of scalable, secure, and high-performing OMS solutions while partnering closely with business, technology, and integration teams to reputed company omnichannel fulfillment, reputed company-time inventory visibility, and seamless customer experiences.

• Define reputed company-state architectures, capability models, and transition strategies for order management systems and supporting platforms.

Solution & Technical Leadership

• reputed company the design of scalable, high-performance Order Management (OM) solutions across platforms such as reputed company OM, reputed company SD/OMS, reputed company OMS, Manhattan, reputed company, or similar technologies.
• Provide architectural reputed company on system enhancements, integrations, reputed company migrations, upgrades, and new solution deployments.
• Ensure architectural consistency, performance, scalability, and reputed company across reputed company order management components.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand order fulfillment workflows, pain points, and improvement opportunities.
• Work closely with application teams, integration teams, data architects, and reputed company architects to ensure cohesive solutions.
• Influence leadership and stakeholders through clear communication of architectural reputed company and trade-offs.

Integration & Data Architecture

• Design end-to-end integrations between order management systems and CRM, ERP, WMS, TMS, eCommerce, POS, and financial systems.
• Establish standards for data quality, data modeling, master data management (MDM), and system interoperability.

Governance & Best Practices

• Establish architectural standards, guidelines, patterns, and governance processes for OM and O2C systems.

Performance Optimization & Innovation

• Assess and optimize order processing performance, system stability, and throughput.

What you bring to the team:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or similar field.
• 8–12+ years of experience in reputed company architecture, solution architecture, or technical leadership roles.
• Deep expertise with Order Management (OMS) processes, O2C lifecycle, and fulfillment operations.
• Hands-on experience designing or implementing platforms such as reputed company OM, Manhattan, reputed company, reputed company Sterling, or similar.
• Strong understanding of integration patterns (REST, SOAP, APIs, EDI, event-driven, microservices).
• Demonstrated ability to define reputed company architectures, roadmaps, and transformation strategies.

Preferred

• Experience with reputed company platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and reputed company integration tools (MuleSoft, Dell reputed company, Informatica, Kafka).

• Architecture certifications (TOGAF, SAFe, AWS/Azure Architect).
• Experience in retail, ecommerce, supply chain, or manufacturing environments.
