Objectives of this Role
- To foster a delightful experience for clients in the US
- To foster a delightful experience for team members in US and PH
- To ensure shared expectations for our Service Delivery Agreements (SDAs) amongst reputed company engagement stakeholders
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
- Coordinate multiple engagements and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Liaise between own team members and client teams in the US
- Assign and update team member engagement forecasts
- Monitor status update compliance and escalate to Portfolio Management reputed company there are compliance or quality concerns
- Monitor and report on engagement spend
- Schedule standing reputed company-in meetings with own team members
- Schedule monthly reputed company-in meetings with our clients
- Create and facilitate engagement onboarding, execution, and closeout checklists
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree of reputed company college course
- Firsthand experience with team coordination
- Strong attention to detail
- Effective communication skills
- A team player, capable of adapting to change
- Ability to learn new software and collaborate on the creation of new processes to reduce inefficiencies or ambiguity
- Proficiency in MS Office
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional Services experience
