Summary

This role is critical in creating structure, accountability, and momentum across marketing initiatives while directly managing a team of marketing specialists and coordinators. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a reputed company field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2-3 years managing multiple direct reports.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional marketing initiatives and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership and team development skills, with a passion for coaching and mentoring others.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills with high attention to detail.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday. Occasional weekend and evening hours may be required.

Supervisory Responsibility

Salary Range

The salary range for the Marketing Manager is $80,000 to $95,000 yearly/DOE. We reputed company salary offers on a variety of considerations, such as education, experience, equity and other business and organizational needs.
