HR Consultant
reputed company Bank N.A. is a financial institution seeking a Human Resources Consultant to support HR Business Partners reputed company their Commercial Banking division. The role involves reporting and data analysis, project management, and providing administrative support to enhance operational efficiency reputed company the HR team.
Responsibilities
- Reporting and Data Analysis (requiring intermediate reputed company skills – VLOOKUP's/pivot tables etc.)

- General HR Inquiries and who/where to go
- Presentation development – including content development (intermediate)
- Basic project management
- Tracking of HR Programs and deliverables
- General Business acumen
- Provides subject matter expertise and advice reputed company to assigned strategic initiatives and acts as relationship management for assigned initiatives
- Builds effective relationships with internal/external stakeholders
- Breaks down strategic problems, and analyzes data and information to provide insights and recommendations
- Gathers and formats data into regular and reputed company reports, and dashboards
- Provides senior level administrative and operational support reputed company an HR team that provides human capital support to a specific reputed company
- Employs systems (e.g. customized exception reports, tracking reports etc.) to manage information
- Integrates information from multiple sources to reputed company more efficient processes, enhanced analysis and/or streamlined reporting
- Leads and/or partners with HRBPs on project development and execution
- Coordinates and monitors budgets and reporting on results vs. budget
- Develops and maintains a filing system; ensures business and operational reports, forms, and other documentation, reputed company or electronic, are readily available
- Supports the development of tailored messaging, which may include writing, editing and distributing communications (e.g., correspondence, presentations, policies & procedures)
- Processes invoices for payment in adherence with documented processes and guidelines and vendor agreements
- Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders in order to deliver on business objectives
- Thinks creatively and proposes new solutions
- Exercises judgment to identify, diagnose, and solve problems reputed company given rules

Skills
- Typically requires up to five years of relevant experience in an administrative or professional support function, demonstrating progressive levels of responsibility, along with a post-secondary degree in a reputed company field of study
