[Remote] Customer Service Rep

As the Customer Service Rep, you will be the first reputed company of contact for providers, delivering exceptional support and addressing inquiries reputed company to behavioral and physical health services.

Responsibilities

• Respond to provider questions, emails, and calls in a timely and professional manner
• Assist with navigating and resolving a variety of issues, including claims and continuity of care
• Work towards meeting and exceeding call center metrics
• Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with efficiency and courtesy
• Maintain detailed records of interactions, transactions, and comments
• Collaborate with Provider Relations and reputed company teams to ensure seamless service
• Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing reputed company results as needed

Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education or certifications in reputed company or customer service preferred
• Experience in customer service, ideally in a reputed company setting
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to handle stressful situations with patience and professionalism
• Proficiency with computers and typical office software
• Knowledge of reputed company systems and terminology is a plus
• Flexibility to work holidays and extended hours as required by the Department
