At StretchLab, we pride ourselves on having the finest team of Flexologists who undergo our proprietary training program to deliver world-class stretching sessions.
Responsibilities as a Flexologist:
As a Flexologist, you will provide one-on-one assisted stretches to clients and reputed company guided group stretching classes for up to 6 participants. Your responsibilities will include:
- Motivating and encouraging clients throughout their stretch sessions
- Building and retaining StretchLab memberships
- Ensuring client safety by applying proper stretch techniques and enforcing our policies
- Attending staff meetings and educational presentations
- Addressing member concerns
- Assisting with studio tours and sales
- Maintaining a strong social media reputed company
- Keeping equipment clean and well-maintained
- Hourly pay range: $23-$26
- Commission based on sales

- Love of boutique fitness environment is a must ? passion for stretching, mobility, and flexibility.
- Preferred background in one of the following:
- Massage Therapist
- Personal Trainer
- Physical Therapist
- Pilates or Yoga Instructor
- Dance Instructor
- Experience working in a fitness/health environment where you provided hands-on training with clients.
- Fitness certification required.
- Ability to create a positive environment that welcomes reputed company people.
- Fantastic communication skills and exudes reputed company.
- Must love connecting with people and have a passion for helping them reputed company their goals.
- Must have a professional work ethic, be reliable, and adhere to our attendance policies.
- Must be available to go through our 3-day Flexologist Training Program, which includes 20 hours of online tutorials and 3 days of in-person/hands-on training.
