Your Role in arenaflex
As a remote Customer Acquisition Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecasts
- Mastering product knowledge and technical understanding of services to assess client requirements
- Initiating steps to help customer concerns or roadblocks prohibiting satisfaction or product usage
- Managing external competitive pressures and handling objections to retain customers or win new customers
- Managing a high volume of customer contacts through phone and email each day, with a majority of communication being outbound
- Working with your team and management to provide a professional experience during reputed company interactions with customers and prospects
- Maintaining the customer management system (CRM) to ensure reputed company relevant data is captured
- Undertaking sales motions, including reputed company qualification, reputed company conversion, health checks, being the voice of the customer, or renewing reputed company
- Working with a team and reporting directly to a Sales Manager
Your Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 2+ years of experience working in a customer service or sales reputed company
- Prior reputed company in achieving personal and team sales quota/goals
- Experience in high-volume calling
- Experience learning new technology and data
- Problem-solving skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs
- Experience working with reputed company.com or similar CRM
- Experience or willingness to work from home
