The Role

As a Live Chat Representative, you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships, providing answers to basic customer inquiries, and troubleshooting technical/product issues. You'll also determine customer needs and expectations, reputed company customers with the knowledge and tools necessary to select the right tire for their needs and budget, and validate product requirements to ensure alignment with industry and company safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
